     Beauty is not about being perfect because no one is.  Real beauty is how you think, how you see things.   Be grateful for all that you have, not what you don't have and a smile will come to you naturally.  Think about something that makes you happy, a memory or a special moment and feel that bright grin on your face.   

     Your smile is the best face lift you can have, it has powerful benefits. It reduces anger and stress, improves your mood and creates a friendly environment.  When you smile, you make other people smile. This is beauty at its best. 

     Take time for yourself.  Every morning do something small that will center you and give you a confidence boost.  Lie on your bed for an extra five minutes and stretch your body from your toes up to your fingertips.  While you're making your morning beverage, inhale deeply through your nose and out through your mouth. When you create a path for oxygen to circulate in your body, you're able to think and move better.  

     Choose one feature you have that you like.  Whatever it is, run with it because it's who are.  Remember that what's on the outside should compliment your beauty, sexiness, and confidence, not define it. 

     When you treat yourself well, you radiate confidence and when you are confident and true to yourself, you are beautiful. Our lives are hectic.  It's all too easy to forget that such simple activities can change your mood and overall outcome of your day.  Ladies, you are so valuable and it's important to treat yourself exquisitely.
