It IS Easy Being Green

It is sometimes difficult to include all of the necessary fruits and vegetables in our meals throughout the day. Green drinks offer an easy solution. Health smoothies have become extremely popular in the past couple of years. They are easy, delicious and can be made to fit anyone’s personal tastes. Many do not know that greens, such as spinach and kale do not add additional flavor if used with the correct proportions of added fruits. So, if you do not like greens, or just want a delicious way to eat them, try making a green smoothie. Nourish your body and create drinks that are easy to take on the go. Explore the recipes listed below and feel free to be creative with the ingredients. There are no rules!

Tip: Make smoothies ahead of time and store in the refrigerator.
