Finding Your Beauty
Beauty is not about being perfect. No one is. Everyone has his or her own perception of what physical beauty is.
Take time for yourself. Each morning do something small that will center you and give you confidence. Lie on your bed for an extra five minutes and stretch your body, from your toes to your fingertips. While you’re making a pot of tea, inhale deeply through your nose and out through your mouth. When you create a path for oxygen to circulate through your body, you’re able to think and move better.
Real beauty is how we think. Think about what you have, not what you don’t have. Think of a fond memory and smile. A smile is a great source of energy because it’s something that comes from inside of you. Your smile is the best face lift you can have. Choose one feature you have that you like. Whatever it is, run with it because it’s who you are. Remember that what’s on the outside should compliment your beauty, sexiness, and confidence, not define it.
When you treat yourself well, you radiate confidence and when you are confident and true to yourself, you are beautiful.
In today’s fast-paced world it’s often easy to forget that such simple activities can change your mood and overall outcome of your day. You are so valuable and it’s important to treat yourself well.
