A Warm Welcome to Victoria Beckham's Collaboration With Target
"I love the idea of opening the brand up to a wider audience and being able to share my vision with a broader customer base. So when Target - a company based on accessibility and inclusiveness - proposed a collaboration which combined all of these things, it was an easy decision to make". Victoria Beckham on her new line.
Yes, Victoria Beckham is collaborating with Target for Spring 2017 and we are all very happy and excited. The limited edition collection will feature more than 200 items for women and children and will launch April 9th, 2017. The collection is called Victoria Beckham for Target and reflects the charming, yet functional essence of the Victoria, Victoria Beckham women’s wear line. The collection takes inspiration from Victoria's every day life and the shared experiences between mother and child.
Designing clothes for children’s wear is something she has wanted to do for a long time. Victoria states that motherhood has helped her understand the essentials when it comes to children’s clothing; she knew her daughter, Harper Beckham, would love and be happy in the new line, Victoria's children’s collection for Target.
In terms of the women’s collection, Beckham has always said that she designs clothing she likes to wear. Her Target Line will showcase familiar silhouettes from her Victoria, Victoria Beckham line. Ladies, it doesn't get any better than this.
Here's more great news: the collection for Target will range from $6 - $70. That's a huge difference from, lets say, the $1,500 midi dress from the Victoria, Victoria Beckham line. In her Victoria Beckham For Target collection, sizes will run from XS - 3X for woman. This is a girl clearly after our hearts. She understands everyone should be able to have the choice to wear pieces from a designer's collection if they want to. Victoria Beckham is very excited and proud of the Victoria Beckham for Target line.
Coco & Cyd have always admired Victoria Beckham’s classic, sophisticated, and confident style. We are so excited that more women, and now their families, will be able to obtain her collection.
The collection that bears her name was launched in 2008. Since her Target line is not available yet, we are unable to share photos of that collection. However, we wanted to share a few photos from her current collection so that you could get a sense of her style if, perhaps, you were not familiar with her aesthetic.
